Today in Developing Countries, life has become increasingly difficult and challenging especially for the marginalized groups such as vulnerable youth, Children and women across different regions and ethnic groups In sub-Saharan Africa.

Running from south to East and North to West, there has been a lot of contributing factors towards these and making lives completely unbearable and these are as a result of war, Natural disasters, HIV Aids, unemployment leading to high rate of Poverty; Poor governance and many others that have deprived these special population their rights and opportunities to explore their potentials.

Uganda with the highest youth unemployment has also the highest youngest population in the world.
